Check out this cute resource for kids free embroidery designs… all free for you!    These are all machine embroidery patterns all specialised in .pcs format while you could translate these onto other formats.   The ducky that you see besides this post is one of the many examples of the fineness of the embroidery patterns.  This is sized at 82.8 mm by 102.8 mm with 12452 stitches.  What I liked  best of the freebies is that each one had a clear color sequence which made it easier for the embroiderer to complete his embroidery with finesse.

The sports racing car and the jumping bear are really cute and unique.   These design patterns are readily available for download for the following embroidery machines – tajima, brother, babylock, viking,  janome, kenmore, poem, singer, husqvarna, huskygram, bernina and toyota.   These designs are also compatible with any machine that uses exp, dst, pes, pcs, hus, sew, csd, jef and xxx formats.   Quite an open source!

panda-bear.jpgHi!  I just came across this resource at “Embroidery Just For You“ which gives you some swell animal embroidery designs and all for FREE on purchase of a minimum of 25 dollars worth goods!    Most of the free machine embroidery goodies are sized lower than 3 inches width by 3 inches height.  You could use these as small appliques which could be put on your favourite shirt as a logo.   The variety is amazing and I found a few unique pieces in the bargain.   The panda, camel, bobcat and the polar bear are a few of them.

The expressions on some of the animals like camel.jpgthe lion cub and tiger are cute.  The white rhino and the skunk needs more detailing which could not be done primarily due to the size of the free embroidery design.

The second embroidery design that caught my attention is the unique necklace. Using a combination of 2 vibrant colours, the pattern is beautiful. This has 8744 stitches and is sized at 9.36 by 14.41 inches. Both the outer and inner stitches combine to form this unique pattern.

Here is a splendid lively resource for free machine embroidery designs. This is Deb’s Windstar Embroidery. The website has some unique categories like ‘Cute-N-Lovely’, ‘Celestials’, ‘Sayings and Phrases’ embroidery designs. There is also an ‘All Awareness’ appliques ribbon embroidery design set perfect for fund raising and charities.

I draw particular attention to the free machine embroidery designs section, which have some good designs available to you on free sign up. These designs are available in the pes, hus, jef or other formats of your choice and the same can be downloaded in a zipped file.
